Registration Navaid expert
As an employee of Skyguide CNS, you must log in to the federal eIAM in the same way as a private individual. If you already have a login, this will continue to work. The eIAM will redirect you to the DCS page after logging in.

Function
As soon as you have logged in and received the CNS roles, you can view the start page. This page contains the various functions offered by DCS.
The user management section allows you to edit personal data, roles and organisations.
Languages: allows you to select the language
Personal information: contains your personal details entered during the Login
User management: allows you to manage roles, organisations and other information.
You have the required permissions to access the specified hierarchy structure.
Requests lists the various change requests for navigation systems
My actions lists the various navigation systems for which actions are pending.
Navaid Explorer lists all navigation systems in your area of responsibility
Map All navigation systems are also visible on a map
Navaid Admin In regard to the organizational structure, provided you have the requisite permissions.
Request process
Registered users and can create an request. This process visualization informs you about the progress of your request. Red means that an action is expected from you, all green means that your obstacle application has been published.

Navaid
The first page “Request” allows you to open, amend or create a new Navaid
Requests
Lists all accessable Change requests for Navaids.
Create Requests
Will open a blank form, where the Project details can be entered.
chose a Name* (Project name, can be freely chosen, e.g."ILS Bern coordinate change")
select a Effective Date (DD.MM.YYYY)* the next possible AIRAC date is preselected (typically AIRAC date, except for VDF)
add a description*. (free text to describe the change)
Select the Navaid concerned from the drop down list (all available Navaids are shown)
Save information an selection
Select a Co-Originator if needed. (select skyguide swiss air navigation ltd. / AIM)
Add Remarks Markdowns are allowed in the text field, preview is shown below

Navaid Edit
Navaids detail can be modified as soon as the "Edit" button is pressed, the layout always shows "Current Value" and "New Value", some of the modified values require a double entry, such as Position, Elevation, Distance, Frequency etc.
Create New Navaid
select Originator* (Skyguide Departement)
chose a Name* (Project name, can be freely chosen, e.g."ILS Bern coordinate change")
select a Effective Date (DD.MM.YYYY)* the next possible AIRAC date is preselected (typically AIRAC date, except for VDF)
add a description*. (free text to describe the change)
Select the Navaid concerned from the drop down list (all available Navaids are shown)
add Name (*Name of Station*)
